The King Double Room featured a large bathroom with a luxurious roll-top bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast included double yolk eggs that were cooked to perfection, setting a stellar tone for the morning.
The layout of the hotel had some quirky aspects that might not suit everyone's taste, like the unique but slightly awkward charm of the house design. A few visitors might find it a hassle to navigate the property with limited signage.

big bathroom, honesty box for forgotten toiletries, quirky house design
A bit dated in decor choices!!! The common areas could definitely use a bit more ambiance!!! Parking situation is a tad cramped, which isn't ideal for all guests!!! Could be more signage to guide visitors around the property!!!

had a great stay! the service was super friendly, got a welcome call before we got there, and breakfast was really yummy with fresh cooked options. the family room was spacious and comfy, and they even arranged breakfast time just for us. also, really appreciated all the little touches like the tea and coffee tray with biscuits. totally would come back again!
the location might be a bit tricky for those not familiar with the area. The owners don't live on the premises which felt a bit odd.
